It all started with a bump

My journey began in 2021 when I was pregnant with my first born. I was nervous and excited about childbirth and hopeful for the future. While I was waiting for the arrival for my son's debut I was offered an opportunity to take a doula training. Never did I imagine that my pregnancy would ignite my passion for birth work.

Bump n Beyond LLC values are community care, education, empowerment, equity and affordability. I got into this space with the goal to reduce the black maternal mortality rate and increase the positive birthing experiences. Our society has become individualistic and forgotten the value of community. BnB is here to remind you that we are stronger in numbers. That you shouldn't have to experience loneliness in either pregnancy nor postpartum. I am here beyond birth. The Bump n Beyond community is here to uplift you and your family.
