What’s the difference between the Starter Sheet, the Budget Sheet and the dashboard?
The Starter Sheet shows your plan, your spending and how this month is going. The Budget Sheet adds every category month by month across the whole year. The dashboard adds a visual view and Spending Insights that flag what’s over or under plan.
Does it cover pregnancy costs?
It’s built for months 0–12 after birth. You can add your own categories for anything before that.
Does it work for twins?
Yes. Duplicate the categories or double the amounts.
Is this financial advice?
No, it’s a planning tool.
Can I move from the Starter Sheet later?
Yes. All our sheets share one layout, so it’s a single copy and paste.
Getting access
Do I need a Google account?
We recommend a free one. You get an .xlsx file that you upload to your Google Drive and open in Google Sheets. It also opens in Excel or Numbers, but a few small in-cell charts only show in Google Sheets.
How do I get it after checkout?
A download link on the confirmation page, in your order email, and in My Account → Downloads if you made an account. Right under it are three short steps to open it in Google Sheets.
I lost my link.
Check your order email, or open My Account and go to Downloads. Still missing? Email us and we’ll resend it.
Can I share it with my partner?
Yes. Share your copy in Google Sheets.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes, in the Google Sheets app. Setting it up is easiest on a laptop.
Do I keep the sheet if I got it free?
Yes. The file is yours for good, and so is any copy in your Google Drive. Your download link keeps working too. Nothing expires, and we can’t take it back.
Is the Budget Sheet really free?
Yes, until the end of (India time). After that it costs $9.99 for new orders. If you get it before then, you keep it.
What happens after ?
New orders of the Budget Sheet cost $9.99. The Starter Sheet stays free. If you already have it, nothing changes for you, and your download link keeps working.
Will you extend the free period?
We don’t plan to. If we ever change the date, we’ll say so on this page and show both dates. We won’t quietly move it.
Will my download link give me updates?
Yes. If we improve a sheet, your download link gives you the newest file. Files you’ve already downloaded, and copies in your Drive, stay exactly as you left them.
Payment
Is it a subscription?
No. It’s a one-time payment.

Refunds?
All sales are final. If your link never arrives or you were charged twice, we refund you. See the refund policy.
Privacy
Can you see my data?
No. Your copy lives in your own Drive or on your own computer. We never see what you enter.
What do you do with my email?
We use it to send your order, and tips only if you opt in.
