All Bump and Beyond products are digital. There is nothing to ship.
This applies to all three of our products: the First-Year Starter Sheet, the First-Year Budget Sheet and the First-Year Money Dashboard.
Your download link always gives you the current version of the file. Files you’ve already downloaded, and copies you’ve already made, are not changed.
How delivery works
As soon as your order is complete (for paid products, once your payment is confirmed), you will get a download link in three places:
- on the order confirmation page
- in your order confirmation email
- under My Account > Downloads, if you created an account
The link downloads an .xlsx file. To use it in Google Sheets, upload it to your Google Drive (New > File upload), open it, and choose File > Save as Google Sheets. Using Excel or Numbers? Just open the file. The steps are also shown under your download link. For the free Starter Sheet you may also see an "Open in Google Sheets" button, which copies it into your Drive in one click.
If nothing has arrived
Delivery is usually instant. If it has been more than an hour, check your spam or promotions folder first. If it is still missing, email hello@bumpnbeyond.org with your order number and we will resend your link. We usually reply within 2 working days.
If we can’t get your product to you within 3 working days, you are eligible for a refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
