Bump and Beyond sells digital products that are delivered instantly. All sales are final. We don’t offer refunds for change of mind, for not using the product, or after you have downloaded the file.
When we will refund you
There are only three exceptions:
- Non-delivery or a broken link: you didn’t receive your product, or your link doesn’t work, and we can’t fix it within 3 working days of you telling us.
- Duplicate charge: you were charged more than once for the same order.
- Launch offer charge: you were charged for the Budget Sheet on an order placed before the free period ended.
How to ask
Email hello@bumpnbeyond.org with your order number and a short description of the problem. If your request falls under one of the exceptions above, we’ll refund the full amount to your original payment method. Refunds usually take 5–7 working days to reach you, depending on your bank or card provider.
Cancellations
Because access is delivered straight away, orders can’t be cancelled once they are placed.
Free products
Free orders (the First-Year Starter Sheet always, and the First-Year Budget Sheet during the launch offer window) have nothing to refund.
